Recycling Unwanted Furniture

It’s obvious we live in a world that is heavily influenced by image.

There are people and families who have left their home, belongings, pets and everything that was familiar to them because they feared for their safety or the safety of their children. Some people have simply lost everything they’ve ever worked for because their job was cut or a personal obstacle consumed every last dime they had. Let's face it, most of us will never be chosen for a home makeover and will most likely never have the opportunity to sit in an audience and receive brand new cars, toys and gadgets.

We don’t have extravagant new houses to give away and we’ve never been mentioned on a Forbes top one hundred list. What we do have is something far greater. We have connections, compassion and creativity from people in all different fields who want to help people, animals and the environment.

With the exceptional talent of our designers, contractors, contributors and volunteers, we're making minor repairs to refused furniture and items that people have either left on the curb, given to us or wanted removed from high-end renovations. After applying a little paint and glue we donate the items to homeless shelters, transitional housing and animal shelters in Tucson and surrounding areas.

We have changed the lives of 13 families and 29 children with our first project alone. Not to mention reducing the waste in our landfills by recycling the items people have thrown away.

When we join forces and come together as a community, lives can significantly be changed.
