Refuse Waste Recycling & Bulk Trash information. Refuse Reused website now up.

Several people have asked us "What is REFUSE" and what is "BULK" trash? Well, here is the definition:

BULK WASTE DEFINITION:Bulk waste includes both Bulk Trash and Bulk Yard Trash that is generated from the ordinary housekeeping operations of a residential unit. Bulk waste must be generated by the customer at the residential unit where it is being collected. Bulk waste does not include any contractor-generated waste, exempt waste, or storm debris.
Bulk Trash is waste that requires special handling. It includes, but is not limited to large appliances (with refrigerants and doors properly removed), white goods, couches, chairs, mattresses, tables, appliances, lumber, carpets, and padding. Source: Broward County Florida website.
